Every move starts as a sentence

Playkind turns spoken instructions into real behaviour. Kids say what should happen, the robot tries it, and together you look at what went wrong — the same loop engineers use, without a single line of typing.

The loop

How a behaviour is made

01

Train in simulation

Behaviours are learned in physics sim, on your machine or on Hugging Face Jobs.

Learning: cause and effect, safe failure, patience with iteration.

02

Deploy on the robot

One step from simulation to the real thing.

Learning: an idea only counts once it runs in the real world.

03

Refine the simulation

Tune, re-train, re-deploy.

Learning: debugging — describe the problem, change one thing, test again.

04

Publish the policy

Share your new behavior with the community!

Learning: your work is worth sharing, and other people build on it.

Say it out loud, watch it happen

Each behaviour below is a trained policy the robot can run on command. Ask for it by voice, then ask for it differently — faster, softer, twice in a row — and hear how your words change the result.

01

Walk

Velocity-tracking gait.

Say: “Walk forward slowly.”

02

Sit & stand

Sits down, holds the pose, stands back up on its own.

Say: “Sit down and wait for me.”

03

Kick

A one-shot boot, then straight back to walking.

Say: “Kick the ball, then keep walking.”

04

Grab

Dips the beak to the ground, scoops, and pops back upright.

Say: “Pick that up for me.”

05

Roller skating

Roller skating locomotion when the skates are equipped.

Say: “Put your skates on and roll.”

06

Get back up

Flat on its back to standing, all by itself, ready for the next command.

Say: “Get back up and try again.”

Your turn

Give it your first instruction

Set up an account, say one sentence, and watch a real behaviour run.
